HPCIS is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School authorised to offer the Diploma Programme (DP) and the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and is a candidate school for the Middle Years Programme (MYP) in grades 9 and 10.
Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme, or the Career-related Programme (CP). Diverse educational competence - internationally networked
The HPC International School belongs to the Heidelberg Private School Centre HPC Schulen. A large number of general education and vocational schools are united under the umbrella of HPC Schools. The school branches build on each other and range from primary school to the Abitur (the German secondary school diploma), with a bilingual or vocational focus.
HPC Schools is part of the F+U Groupof Companies, founded in 1980, one of the largest non-profit private educational institutions in Germany with schools, universities and academies throughout Germany and internationally. HPC International School is closely associated with theAcademy of Languages Heidelberg, one of the largest language schools in Europe, offering our students the opportunity to improve their language skills and to improve their social competence through language trips and internships in Germany and abroad.
